Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not satisfied with a supplement order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, subject to the conditions below.

• Unopened & undamaged. Products must be returned in their original, factory-sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened or partially used products.
• Proof of purchase. Please include your order confirmation email or order reference number with your return.
• Return shipping. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
• Refund timing. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return and will be credited to the original payment method.

Please include your order reference number and a brief description of the reason for your return. We will provide a return shipping address and further instructions within 2 business days.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or partially used supplements
• Products returned after the 30-day window
• Items not purchased directly from vytamenoclinic.com
• Gift cards or promotional credits

Destinations. We ship supplements to the United States and Canada only. We are unable to ship internationally at this time.

Standard shipping — included free. All supplement orders include free standard shipping. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

Processing time. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs (for Canadian orders). If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us and we will investigate.

Cancel anytime. You may cancel your Vyta membership at any time by contacting us at hello@vytamenoclinic.com or calling (385) 955-0055. There is no cancellation fee.

When cancellation takes effect. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to membership benefits through that date; no further charges will be made afterward.

No refunds on fees already charged. Membership fees that have already been charged are non-refundable, including fees for partial billing periods. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.

Billing errors. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.

If you receive a damaged product or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
