Your consultation is structured to give you clarity and a next step—not a rushed prescription and a handshake.
We begin with your health history, current symptoms, priorities and what has changed. No rushing. No assumptions.
We review relevant records and discuss how hormones, metabolism, lifestyle and other systems may be working together.
You leave understanding what deserves attention, what testing may help and the most appropriate path forward.
QUESTIONS
You do not have to have it all figured out before your first visit. That is what the consultation is for.
Bring any recent lab work, a list of current medications and supplements, and the symptoms or concerns that matter most to you. You do not need to prepare anything formal—we will guide the conversation.
Your initial consultation is scheduled for 60 minutes so your physician has time to understand your history and goals without rushing. Follow-up visits are typically 30–45 minutes.
Vyta operates as a direct-care clinic and does not bill insurance directly. This supports longer appointments and services that insurance often does not cover. Many patients may be able to use HSA or FSA funds, depending on their plan.
Yes. Telehealth consultations are available for women across Utah and in select other states. Diagnostic scans and in-clinic treatments still require an in-person visit.
