By accessing or using the Vyta MenoClinic website (vytamenoclinic.com), purchasing products from our supplement shop, or enrolling in any membership program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Vyta MenoClinic provides women's health and menopause care services, including clinical consultations, hormone therapy, aesthetic treatments, nutritional counseling, and curated dietary supplement products. We also offer membership programs that may include recurring billing.

Our supplement shop sells third-party dietary supplements. We are not the manufacturer of these products. All products are sold as dietary supplements only.

FDA Disclaimer. The dietary supplements sold on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen.

Pricing & Payment. All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the full order amount, including any applicable taxes.

Shipping. Supplements ship to the United States and Canada only. Standard shipping is included at no charge and typically arrives within 3–7 business days of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for full details. We offer a 30-day return window on unopened, undamaged products.

Recurring Billing. Membership plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise specified at the time of enrollment). By enrolling you authorize Vyta MenoClinic to charge your payment method automatically at the frequency displayed during checkout until you cancel. The billing amount and frequency are shown on the enrollment page before payment is collected.

Installment Plans. Where an installment payment option is offered, each installment is charged automatically on the agreed schedule. The number of installments and amount per installment are disclosed at enrollment.

Cancellation. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at hello@vytamenoclinic.com or by calling (385) 955-0055. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to membership benefits through the end of the paid period.

No Refunds on Membership Fees. Membership fees already charged are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge.
