Change the trajectory of how you age.

Vyta measures where you are today, identifies what can be improved, and creates a personalized path toward greater health, strength, vitality and longevity.

Feeling better creates the opportunity to age better.

Menopause Care establishes your baseline, addresses the symptoms disrupting your life and restores the foundations of health. Longevity Optimization builds from that work—using continued measurement, targeted intervention and retesting to improve strength, resilience, healthspan and long-term function.

MENOPAUSE CAREDiscover + Heal

Relieve symptom burden and restore hormonal and foundational health.

LONGEVITY OPTIMIZATIONOptimize

Improve healthspan, function and the systems that shape how you age.

PURPOSEFUL LIVINGThrive

Use better health to build greater capability, connection and meaning.

The same woman, health data and care team move forward together. The phases overlap and repeat; the primary emphasis evolves.

OPTIMIZE FROM YOUR BASELINE

Your baseline becomes the benchmark.

The diagnostics completed at the beginning of the Vyta Journey establish where you are today. During Longevity Optimization, relevant tests are repeated, expanded or prioritized according to your risks and goals—showing what is improving, what is not and where the plan should change.

FOUNDATIONAL BIOLOGY

The internal systems that shape risk, recovery and how you feel.

Advanced Blood Analysis

A broad view of hormonal, metabolic, cardiovascular, nutritional and inflammatory health—well beyond a standard panel.

DEXA

Measures bone density, lean mass and body fat to reveal risks and opportunities that weight alone cannot show.

InBody

Tracks muscle, fat and fluid balance so changes in body composition can be measured over time.

Continuous Glucose Monitoring

Shows how food, stress, sleep and activity affect glucose patterns in everyday life.

Kidney Function Testing

Uses appropriate renal markers to clarify kidney health and inform safe, individualized care.

PERFORMANCE + RESILIENCE

What the body can do today—and what helps preserve capability for later.

VO₂ Max

Assesses cardiorespiratory fitness, an important marker of functional capacity and long-term resilience.

VALD Strength + Balance

Measures strength, asymmetry and balance to guide training and preserve physical independence.

Functional Capacity

Real-world performance measures, including loaded carries where appropriate, show what the body can actually do.

Sleep Monitoring

Identifies sleep and recovery patterns that may influence cognition, appetite, energy and hormonal health.

ShapeScale

Creates a visual 3D record of body-shape change that complements clinical body-composition testing.

SPECIALIZED + RISK-BASED

Additional views selected for the woman—not added as a generic checklist.

Pelvic Health Evaluation

Assesses pelvic-floor function, urinary symptoms and relevant structural concerns, with imaging when appropriate.

VISIA Facial Aging Analysis

Objectively tracks skin quality, pigmentation and visible aging to guide restorative care.

Cognitive, Vision + Hearing

Screens sensory and cognitive systems that influence independence, safety and quality of life.

Neuro Assessment

Cognitive or neurovascular tools may be used depending on the clinical configuration and individual need.

Risk-Based Testing

Additional imaging, cancer-risk or specialty testing may be considered when history and clinical risk justify it.

The same data follows you forward.

Your first Vyta Health Assessment connects symptoms, bloodwork, diagnostics and health history. Future assessments compare new results with that original baseline—creating a longitudinal view of how you feel, how each system is functioning and how your health trajectory is changing.

Why biological age is useful

Biological age can translate complex measurements into a directional view of how a system is performing relative to age-based reference data. Its value is not one headline number; it is seeing which systems may be aging faster, which are resilient and whether their trajectory improves over time.

Understanding the measure

Our long-term target is clear: work toward a measured biological-age profile at least 10 years younger than your chronological age. That target is individualized—not guaranteed—and progress is judged by whether the underlying systems and overall health trajectory are improving.

Precision matters. Vyta will use age-equivalent scoring only where a scientifically defensible method exists. Otherwise, the assessment retains the actual result, percentile, risk context and change over time.

OPTIMIZE

The tools may overlap. The objective changes.

Hormones, diet, supplementation, exercise, sleep and advanced medical therapies may begin during Menopause Care. In Longevity Optimization, those same tools are refined around longer-term outcomes—strength, body composition, metabolic health, cardiovascular fitness, cognition, recovery and biological-age trends.

Bioidentical Hormone Optimization Therapy

We treat the woman. Not the lab value.
How it is personalized

Symptoms lead. Labs inform. Response guides optimization. Care begins with symptoms, history and response—not a predetermined blood level. Estrogen, progesterone and testosterone may be considered when clinically appropriate, with attention to both deficiency and excess.

Symptoms + historyLabs + responseDeficiency + excess

Targeted Supplementation

Replace what’s missing. Support what matters.
How it is personalized

Recommendations are based on bloodwork, nutrition, symptoms and goals—not a generic vitamin list. The plan may support energy, bone, muscle, cognition, metabolism and recovery, and evolves as biomarkers and priorities change.

Diet, Exercise + Sleep Protocols

The foundations still matter most.
How it is personalized

Diet, exercise and sleep are active parts of the care plan. Protocols are personalized around diagnostics, symptoms, body composition, fitness and goals, with resistance-based strength training at the center, supported by cardiovascular conditioning, recovery and restorative sleep.

Advanced Medical Therapies

Advanced tools. Never one-size-fits-all.
How it is personalized

Physicians may incorporate appropriate prescription therapies, IV infusions and other advanced medical tools based on history, diagnostics, goals, potential benefit, risks, monitoring and response. IV therapy may support hydration, nutrient repletion, recovery or other individualized clinical priorities. We do not build care around a treatment; we select therapies that fit the woman’s plan.

Targeted infusions. Connected to your care.

IV therapy delivers fluids, electrolytes and selected nutrients directly when faster repletion, recovery or a targeted clinical protocol is appropriate. At Vyta, every infusion is considered within the same diagnostic and physician-led plan—not as a generic menu detached from your health.

What we measure and support

Bone health & density

Women lose up to 20% of their bone density in the first 5 years after menopause. Longevity medicine identifies risk early — through DEXA scans, lab markers, and targeted protocols — and actively protects against it.

Brain vitality & cognition

Estrogen is neuroprotective. The cognitive changes of menopause are real — and the right hormonal support, combined with lifestyle and nutritional medicine, can meaningfully preserve cognitive function.

Cardiovascular resilience

Women's cardiovascular risk rises sharply after menopause. Longevity medicine at Vyta includes advanced cardiac markers — not just standard lipid panels — and protocols designed to keep your heart strong for decades.

Metabolic optimization

Insulin resistance, body composition shifts, and metabolic syndrome risk all increase in midlife. We address these through lab-informed lifestyle medicine, hormone optimization, and targeted interventions.

Energy & mitochondrial health

Cellular energy production declines with age — but it can be meaningfully supported through hormonal optimization, targeted supplementation, peptide therapy, and lifestyle medicine.

Muscle mass & physical resilience

Sarcopenia — the loss of muscle mass — is one of the most impactful and underaddressed aspects of aging. We build protocols to preserve and build muscle mass through your 50s, 60s, and beyond.
